Perla Marina Apartments has 30 independent two-room flats. All of them have an entrance, a living room with a kitchen area and a sofa bed, a bathroom and a bedroom with a queen-size bed and either a single or a bunk-bed. All the flats have a balcony and some overlook the olympic swimming pool, available to guests in the summer season, open 9am to 7pm everyday. Perla Marina Apartments is only 300 mt. from the beach and 600 mt. from the old town centre of Pietra Ligure and Borgio Verezzi. It is located in a quiet area away from the noise of the railway and overlooking a wide avenue in an area which sees little traffic.

The relaxation area par excellence is the swimming pool for sunbathing and relaxing on sun beds and deck chairs. However, you can also take it easy on the sofas in the shade of the oleanders. In winter, the chairs in the tv area are the perfect place for relaxation while reading a good book or watching a good movie.

The hotel has 30 flats but only 20 parking spaces, four of which are a little shorter. Therefore parking spaces must be booked at the same time as the flat at a cost of € 50.00 per week until and are available until they are sold out.
