Bookings

Guests must make a deposit of 30% / 50% of the total cost of their stay within and not later than 10 days from the date of the booking. The payment must be made using a bank transfer to the current account BANCO POPOLARE IBAN IT68Q0503431971000000001327 SWIFT CODE BAPPIT21Q70, otherwise a postal order made payable to EMMEBI VACANZE SRL Viale della Repubblica 62, 17027 Pietra Ligure (Savona). The deposit will not be refunded in the case of cancellation of the holiday.

Arrival

“Arrivals are expected on Saturday afternoon after 4pm.
When arriving guests are asked to present themselves at the Hotel’s reception desk showing a valid document for each member of the family, including children and to complete and sign the public safety notification form that is a legal requirement and to read the internal regulations. Minors must have a proxy signed by their parents indicating their parents phone number and a photocopy of a valid document of at least one parent. Afterwards any visitors, even temporary, must be presented and some form of identification shown. Visitors are subject to authorisation by the management, and however have access only to the bar and to no other area of the building. On arrival, when presenting identification, the balance of the payment for the entire period of stay must be paid. ”

Reception Opening Times

“The reception, where all payments can be made, will remain open at the times posted outside the office, at all other times the office will remain closed.
Payments must be made in cash, bank cheque, debit card or selected credit cards (not American Express and Diners).”

Assignment of the Apartment

“The apartments are assigned to guests taking into consideration their preferences but these cannot be guaranteed.
For each apartment there is a € 150.00 deposit that will be given back on departure after the condition of the apartment on leaving has been checked and after the keys have been returned to the Office. This room check must be booked before departure at the Reception Desk. On departure guests must leave the kitchen area completely clean and take the rubbish out. A fee is paid for final cleaning.

Guests undertake to respect the rooms and the contents, eventual damage caused even through negligence or carelessness will be charged at replacement cost.”

Pets

The management must be informed on arrival of the presence of pets, which must be insured, be in order with the hygiene laws with the necessary documentation and must be submitted to veterinary controls during their stay if requested. Small and medium sized pets only are allowed.

Rest Times

From 1.30pm to 3.30pm and from 11.00pm until 8.00am any noise that could disturb a persons rest is strictly prohibited, such as radio, TV, stereo, musical instruments or noisy gatherings. In order to respect the general tranquillity it is polite, even outside the rest times, to keep the volume down on all appliances: radio, TV, stereo, musical instruments. Those who do not respect the rest times, at the discretion of the management, may be asked to leave without the right to any refund.

Care of children

The management does not have any role in supervision of guests. In particular the care and supervision of children is assumed exclusively by parents, who are responsible even in the case of a third party, or other guardians, releasing the management and owners of the flats from all responsibility. These persons will endeavour to make sure children do not cause damage, do not get themselves into danger in any of the public areas or when using the play area. In the swimming pool area the specific rules must be observed.

Recycling

In the town of Pietra Ligure there is a waste recycling service. It is mandatory for each guest to divide rubbish as indicated, put it into the appropriate bags and deposit it correctly, depending on the category, in the rubbish bins outside on the ground floor.

Safety and Insurance

“Guests are responsible for any damage caused to third parties; we highly recommend an insurance policy to cover any possible damage ascertained to be the responsibility of the guest or family members. The use of all equipment made available including the swimming pool, the play area, sports equipment and the car park is used at your own risk. The management declines all responsibility for accidents of any kind that may occur inside the apartment building and the outdoor areas belonging to the Hotel.
Any activities on balconies that may cause damage to persons or objects below is strictly prohibited.
Access to the swimming pool is allowed only during the opening times. Games not authorised by the management are prohibited.”

Swimming Pool Rules

“The swimming pool is open from 9am to 7pm. Outside these times the pool is not supervised and swimming is strictly prohibited. Guests must use a swimming cap and pool sandals and take a shower before entering the pool. We recommend allowing at least 3 hours between meals and taking a swim.
Children under the age of 10 must be accompanied by an adult who assumes responsibility for them.
Diving, running, pushing, causing undue disturbance, or conduct that may endanger you or other guests is prohibited. It is forbidden to bring glasses and glass bottles into the pool area. Pets are not admitted. Guests coming out of the pool and entering into a public area must be dry and not dripping water, so as not to create slippery and therefore dangerous surfaces for themselves and others.”

Equipment Faults

“Please inform the management of any equipment faults or problems within the apartments, so that they may be resolved immediately.
In the interests of all guests, the management reserves the right to remove all persons who do not observe the regulations or who behave in such a way as to create a disturbance within the apartment building.”

Departure

“Departures must be made between 8.00 am and 10.00 am on Saturday morning. The apartment must be left in perfect order as it was found, with dishes and pans clean. All the dirty linen and the shower curtain must be put in the laundry bins at the bottom of the stairs on the ground floor.
All rubbish must be deposited in the appropriate recycling bins outside on the ground floor.
Any breakages or missing objects will be charged.
It is mandatory for guests to leave the kitchen area clean, to perfectly clean all dishes, pans and kitchen equipment and to take the rubbish out.
The period booked, even if not fully used due to late arrival must still be paid for and any early departures with respect to the period agreed will not be refunded.”

Cancellation

“Guest who intend to cancel their booking must send a written communication with their bank coordinates included (IBAN and SWIFT CODE).
There is a right to a refund of 75% of the deposit if the cancellation is made at least 60 days before the date of the arrival, 50% if the cancellation is made between 59 and 31 days before the date of the arrival, whilst any cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date do not have right to a refund.
However within 30 days of the arrival date it is possible to change the date of arrival depending on availability. Late arrivals and early departures do not have right to any refund.”
